How we protect your account and data

Data Security

We encrypt your payment details, username and withdrawal address using SSL 256-bit technology. Your balance is held in segregated trust accounts and reconciled daily against our ledger to prevent discrepancy or loss.

Cookie & Tracking Consent

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to track site behaviour (no sale to third parties). You can clear cookies anytime from your browser; we'll ask for login on your next visit.

Account Access Control

Two-factor verification is available in your security settings. We recommend enabling it if you access from shared devices. You can revoke sessions remotely and change your password anytime from Account Settings.

Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your account data for two years after closure for tax and dispute records. To request deletion or data export, contact [email protected] with your username and request type.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share payment info with our payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay operators) and withdrawal banks only to complete your transactions. Depends on local law where applicable.

Dispute & Amendment Rights

You can request corrections to your registered name, email or phone number via Account Settings. Disputes over withdrawals or debits must be reported within 30 days; contact support with your transaction ID.

Frequently asked questions about our terms

No. Your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account must be registered in your own name and linked to your identity in our verification system. Using another person's payment method violates our terms and can result in account suspension and withdrawal hold.

We detect duplicate registrations during verification. If you open more than one account using the same email, phone or payment method, all accounts except one will be closed and funds held pending investigation. Contact support to clarify.

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of verification. Once approved, funds return to your registered DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account or bank. Processing time with your payment operator may add 1–3 hours.

Yes. Go to Account Settings > Payment Methods and update your linked DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account. Changes take effect on your next withdrawal request and must be in your registered name.

We retain your account, transaction and identity data for two years after closure for tax compliance and dispute resolution. After two years, personal data is deleted unless local law requires longer retention.

Yes. Email [email protected] with your username and request 'data export' or 'deletion request'. We'll respond within 7 business days with your data or confirmation of deletion, subject to legal holds.
